Do you take health insurance or HSA?
We do not accept insurance, but we are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt to submit back to your insurance company if they cover nutrition visits under your plan.
We do accept HSA and FSA cards (we recommend you check with your insurance beforehand) if you have one of those for health appointments.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
For initial appointments, we require a 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel (if you are seeking a refund). For all other appointments, we require at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate for work emergencies. In the event that you miss an appointment or late cancel, we will automatically charge the cost of the visit to the card on file.
What kind of health issues do you address?
We see a wide variety of health issues at NHN. Some common issues our patients come in for include: digestive issues, chronic illnesses, acne, and allergies. We have seen it all here at NHN and are dedicated to finding life giving solutions to whatever may be causing you pain and discomfort.
Do you offer services for KIDS?
Yes, we love seeing kids in our office! We can see infants only a few weeks old and use extremely noninvasive techniques to muscle test them. We ensure that Nutrition Response Testing is a positive experience for the whole family.
How long does it take before I see results?
Our clients and the symptoms/health issues they are experiencing vary and so does the time it takes before they see results.
You may start to feel better within days while it may take weeks or months for others.
Healing is not linear. We like to say that your body heals in layers.
We like to support your system through at least one full healing cycle, which is 90 days. We expect to see noticeable changes within that time period.
What supplements do you carry?
We carry a diverse range of products, but focus on whole food supplements. We want you to be able to trust the brands that we stock.
The brands we carry include Standard Process, Energetix, Microbiome, Seeking Health, Truvani, Doterra, HVS, Designs for Health, Systemic Formulas, Cellcore, Metagenics, and much more!
We proudly carry products that are safe for Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free diets.
Do you offer Virtual Coaching?
Yes! We currently offer Virtual Nutrition Coaching and have plans to offer Virtual Nutrition Response Testing in the near future. Whether you are near or far, we want to be able to best serve you!
